Gorgeous photos!! We get that here at different time of the year. With two horizons at the same time, it’s almost like the world is a little smaller for that moment. Like there’s a way for us to reach out and touch both horizons.
Gorgeous! Moving a year ago to the Pacific Northwest, I keep saying that everything here is like New England (where I’m from) on steroids. Back east we have mountains, islands, rolling fields… but in Washington, everything is huge.
This is what a friend here said. That Alaska is Washington on steroids. Wow.
My debut novel, Surviving Bear Island, a Junior Library Guild Selection, came out in March 2015 from Move Books. When I'm not writing I spend lots of time exploring the roadless areas of Alaska on foot and by kayak. I also teach English. I am represented by Amy Tipton of Signature Literary Agency.
