It is pronounced: Gracie
My understanding is that it used to be pronounced Gretchie or sometimes Graychie in the old country, but when my grandfather came to this country from Italy in the early 1900′s it was somehow changed and the changed name has stuck.
Thanks for the reply. It turns out I was right in regards to the current pronunciation, while Heather preferred the ‘Graychie’ version.
